Kim Masengale, Communicator
Kim Masengale is the founder and hostess of the She Is Conference and serves as the pastor of Summit Women at Summit Church. She is passionate about life and serving God with all of her heart, soul, & mind. She loves leading & pastoring alongside her husband, Mel. Kim’s heart is to help women of all ages discover their worth in Christ & the freedom that only He can give. Born and raised in Texas, Kim loves Tex-Mex, a good cup of coffee, and spending time with her family & friends. She is married to Mel, her college sweetheart and the lead pastor of Summit Church. They’ve been married for 24 years and have two daughters.
Natalie Runion
In 2019 after watching many of her peers walk away from the church and their faith, Natalie began Raised to Stay, a ministry for those who have wandered, wondered and wrestled with the Church and the challenges of full-time ministry. Known for her black boxes of hard truth on social media for the Church and church leaders, her heart is to see a generation finish their race as they partner with a good Father who is faithful to complete the work He began in each of us.

Becky Johnson
Becky Johnson is the Executive Pastor of Jesus Culture Sacramento, where she served as the Youth Pastor for seven years. She has a desire to see young people encounter the extreme love and power of God that changed her own life in a radical encounter she had as a teenager. Becky attended three years of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry before she began working with Jesus Culture in 2010. Lisa Harper
Rarely are the terms “hilarious storyteller” and “theological scholar” used in the same sentence, much less used to describe the same person but then again, Lisa Harper is anything but stereotypical! She’s been lauded as a compelling communicator, whose writing and speaking emphasize that accruing knowledge about God pales next to a real and intimate relationship with Jesus. Jess Connolly
Jess Connolly is a woman who wants to leave her generation more in awe of God than she found it. She is passionate about family, God's Word, and seeing women take their place in the Kingdom. She's an author, a church leader, and a coach. Her books include You Are the Girl for the Job and Breaking Free from Body Shame. Jess is founder of Go + Tell Gals and helped start She Reads Truth.
